Terms of service (draft)

LycheeSIM sells data-only eSIM plans for use outside Australia. Plans do not work in Australia and do not include a phone number.

Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Network coverage and speeds are provided by local partner networks and can vary.

Plans start when you first connect at your destination (unless the plan says otherwise) and must be installed within the stated install window.

Fair-use limits may apply to daily and unlimited plans; speeds slow after the stated daily cap.

Prices are in Australian dollars. LycheeSIM is not registered for GST and does not charge GST.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
